GET /customers/:id/accounts/fiat/:account_id
Retrieve a single fiat Account by id, scoped to the customer in the URL. Returns 404 if the id doesn't exist, belongs to a different customer, or is a crypto account.
Use this when you know the account is fiat (you stored its id in your own system after creating it). When you don't know the kind, use GET /accounts/:id, the polymorphic variant.
Virtual accounts carry balance / available_balance / balance_as_of inline. A never-synced balance is refreshed at request time, like GET /accounts/:id.
Response 200
