POST /org/webhooks/portal

Mint a short-lived magic link into Seismic's hosted webhook console for the current org. The console is where partners add delivery endpoints, view delivery history per endpoint, replay failed deliveries, and rotate signing secrets. See Webhooks for the event catalog and payload shapes.

Owner / admin only. The first call against an org provisions the org's webhook application before returning. Subsequent calls reuse it.

The url is single-use and expires shortly after being minted. Hand it directly to the operator who'll configure endpoints. Emailing it, pasting it into a ticket, or screenshotting it defeats the short-lived guarantee.

Errors

• 401: no credential.
• 403 Forbidden: caller isn't owner / admin in the current org.
• 503 Unknown with message "outbound webhooks are not configured for this deployment": the deployment hasn't been wired for outbound webhooks. Sandbox and production are both wired. Only ephemeral test deployments hit this.
